BOCA RATON, Fla., May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Foreclosure.com, provider of the
most comprehensive, up-to-date residential foreclosure property information in
the United States, today announced a partnership with inetUSA, publisher of a
network of over 2,000 real estate Web sites, to provide residential
foreclosure listings to TotalRealEstateSolutions.com.
Under the agreement, TotalRealEstateSolutions.com, an inetUSA Web site
that provides services and content to real estate investors, realtors, and
home buyers and sellers, will private-label data from Foreclosure.com and
provide its site visitors with access to a national listing of foreclosure
properties. Property information and in-depth details including exclusive tax
roll information, property photos and seller/listing contact details are
included in the listings.
"Since many of our Web site's visitors are real estate investors, they are
highly interested in the foreclosure market and we have always wanted to
provide access to up-to-date foreclosure information from across the country.
After looking at a number of foreclosure listing services, we found
Foreclosure.com to be the most comprehensive and easiest to use," said Tim
Yandell, CEO, inetUSA. "We have been very pleased with the results of this
partnership, both from a increase in traffic and the perceived value to our
community of users."
As a result of the early success of this private-label partnership,
inetUSA is planning to work with Foreclosure.com to offer foreclosure data to
inetUSA's other real estate Web sites, including imlsonline.com,
foreclosurefreedom.com and the rest of the 2,000 plus individually-owned Real
Estate Web sites it supports.
"inetUSA's network of real estate Web sites are highly trafficked, highly
visible sources of information for real estate investors and prospective home
buyers," said Greg Sullivan, vice president and co-founder, Foreclosure.com.
"Foreclosures represent a highly profitable opportunity for investors and a
low-cost alternative for home buyers. The biggest challenge to capitalizing
on this opportunity is finding the properties. inetUSA recognizes the needs
of their users and made the choice to offer our foreclosure listings,
providing a value-added service."
